A New Chapter
After 15 amazing years at our current office located at 2560 E 3300 S, the time has come for Madsen Associated to begin an exciting new chapter. Change is never easy, but we are looking ahead with excitement and gratitude for what the future holds.
Beginning June 1, 2026, Madsen Associated will officially move to our home office located at 2730 E Loran Heights Drive. While the address may be changing, one thing remains exactly the same: our dedication to making sure you get the best products by way of the best customer service.
The good news is that our new location is only about a minute away from our current office, making the move convenient for both us and our customers. The physical office space is shrinking, but we will still keep approximately 90% of our inventory on hand and readily available. Our goal is to make this move easy peasy and for some of you, you shouldn't even notice a difference. (If we only ship to you.)
In fact, this move will allow us to serve you even better than before!
Shipping will continue to be through USPS, and instead of waiting for them to pick it up the day after you place your order, we will be making daily drop offs to the post office. It should help get you your product more quickly.
For those of you who prefer to pick up your products, don’t worry, that option is not going away. We will continue offering local pickup service and look forward to seeing familiar faces at our new location.
Another thing staying exactly the same is our longtime office phone number: 801-487-1369. Many of you probably have that number memorized, and we are happy to say it is coming with us. Something really exciting, the number will now have texting capabilities. If texting is easier for you, or if you would like updates about your order, we can communicate that way as well. We hope this added convenience makes your life even easier.
As we get ourselves ready for this change, we also want to take a moment and recognize someone who has played an enormous role in the success of our business over the years.
After more than 27 years with the company, Ellen will be retiring. It is impossible to say how grateful we are for everything she has done to keep things running smoothly for all these years. Ellen has been the backbone of the office for nearly three decades! She is an incredible office manager, trusted friend, and steady anchor through countless office changes, and family adventures.
Her dedication, hard work, and genuine care for our customers helped keep this business running day after day, year after year. So many of you have spoken with her, and been helped by her over the years. She has truly been part of the Madsen Associated family, and what she has brought to the table can't truly be put into words.
Ellen, thank you for the loyalty, and the heart you poured into this business. We are beyond grateful for you and wish you nothing but happiness and relaxation in this well earned retirement.
When one chapter closes, another begins. In Ellen’s absence, my wife Christie will become a more active role in the business and will be a major piece of how the business functions moving forward. I am incredibly excited to have her on board. I hope all of you will have the opportunity to get to know her, and I cannot wait to introduce her to all of you.
Honestly, the next blog post will be dedicated entirely to Christie! Who she is, what she brings to the business, and why I believe she is such an amazing woman. I’m excited for all of you to become acquainted with her and see firsthand the warmth, dedication, and energy she will bring to the business.
As we reflect on the past 65 years of business, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for every customer, friend, and member of our Shaklee family who has supported us along the way. Your loyalty and trust have made this journey possible, and we do not take that for granted!
